Internship It Support

**INTERNSHIP****Task Description**:- Task location: Putrajaya/ Selangor- Internship Allowance: RM500.00/ month (exclude mileage)- Starting date: February or March 2024- Period: Minimum six (6) months**Key duties/ tasks**:- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products- Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues- Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer- In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel- Keep record of problems and customers solution- Follow-up with customers- Reporting base on projects**Internship requirements**:- Internship Level: Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia/ Diploma in System/Computer Science- Good in oral and written communication skills- Good presentation and customer-facing skills- Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision- Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline- Possess own transport (motorcycle/ car) as well as must be willing to travelThank You,Human Resource & Administration**CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY****CET DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (869695-P)****Job Types**: Temporary, InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
