We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to support emart24's social media platforms.
This person will have hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok.
Key responsibilities include creating trendy content and managing our robust social media channels, developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand's audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Working under the guidance of the Social Media Manager, to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's commercial goals and brand identity.
Stay informed about emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (organic and paid) including posts, reels, videos, and infographics, for our digital assets.
Quick to spot trends related to our potential target audience and execute accordingly for the brand.
Ability to shoot and edit videos for social use.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality video formats when necessary.
Influencer Marketing:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, from scripting to execution to analysis.
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Platform Management:
Assist to manage and maintain our company's presence on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
Support a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and align content with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
Schedule and publish posts, updates, and advertisements.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare data to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and trends.
Job Requirements:
Some experience in content management.
Basic copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video); experience using Capcut/Canva preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and platforms is a plus.
