Responsibilities:
Assisting in sourcing quotations & preparing activities proposal
Assisting in preparing marketing collateral for staff activities
Assisting in executing employees' activities and engagements
Assisting in compiling event reports and feedback
Requirements:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate course (BS/BA degree) with strong academic record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative
Strong drive with the ability to make things happen
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
); Web proficiency
