-To assist the departmental managers in their daily operational task.-Prepares Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Quotation and etc.-Portfolio of graphic works / social media content / creative visuals such as videos, photos.-Proficient in Capcut / VlogNow.-Familiar with video content production - styling, filming and editing.-Passion for creative innovation.-Ability to quickly learn and process information.-Organization and time management skills.-Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.-Monitoring deadlines and follow ups with respective teams from times to times.-To perform any ad hoc duties as and when required.-Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
