-Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with the development and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from the field, contributing to product improvement.


-Inventory Management: Manage and monitor inventory levels of IoT devices and accessories, preparing for installation and maintenance visits.


-Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience during installation and troubleshooting processes.


-Technical Proficiency: Identify and resolve technical problems during installations or maintenance, paying close attention to device configuration and labeling.

-Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.


-Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


-Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
