Salary:RM 1,200 - RM 9,500
- Basic Salary: RM 1,200 - 1,500
- Allowance: RM 300 - RM 500
- Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000

Working Hours:5 & Half Day
Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
Contact customers via phone to schedule appointments for showroom viewings.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via calling & WhatsApp.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address and resolve customer queries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in handling phone calls and messaging platforms.
High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.

Work from home/site on Saturdays.
