Internship Placemeent (Human & Resources Department) - Sept Intake

Key Responsibilities:-Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.-Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.-Assist with employee engagement activities and events.-Help in the coordination and administration of training programs.-Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.-Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Requirements:-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn about various HR functions.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Positive attitude and a team player.
