Job Description: As a TDCX intern, determine how best to take on solving the company's opportunities and challenging problems.Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, gather data, and make recommendationsProvide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve the processesExecute work plans and assist in preparing reports for stakeholders or related assignments.Actively participates in meeting and stay engaged, give frequent readouts on status of communication work streams.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
