JOB DESCRIPTION :  Provide support and assistance to the Purchasing department in its daily operations.Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the SAP system. Take responsibility for conducting various purchasing activities. Prepare purchase orders promptly and accurately for merchandise and supplies. Follow up diligently with vendors and suppliers to track orders and invoices.Maintain meticulous records of purchases and ensure accuracy.Complete any ad-hoc tasks provided.JOB REQUIREMENT: Preferably candidate who possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or related fields.Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Good communications, interpersonal skills, self-driven, ability to work as a team & work independantly.Microsoft Office Product & IT-savvy.5 days workApplicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
