Skills: Sensory Skills: QC need to conduct sensory test and conduct inspection on product Laboratory Skills: QC need to manage lab, familiarize with lab test process and liaise with external lab Critical-Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: QC need to analyses every quality issue happen and come out with problem solution and preventive actionCommunication Skills: QC need to communicate with leader, inter department, suppliers, customers on a regular basis Investigation/ Inspection Skills: QC need to investigate quality issue when receive complaint and plan for Inspection PlanLeadership Skills: QC need to make decision, give approval and provide instruction when required Computer Skills: QC need to generate report/ document related with qc work Knowledge: Good knowledge about food science/ science Familiarity with warehouse management Familiarity with manufacturing processGood knowledge on Food Safety Management, ISO System, GMP System and Halal System Abilities: Ability to work independently Ability to work long hours (working after normal working hour/ weekend) if neededAbility to maintain all data and record systematically Good physical strength and stamina: QC need to work in few working stations that required a lot of movements and strong stamina Ability to understand process at every department to get a clear information during conduct an investigation Job Summary : As a Quality Control Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your primary duties will include conducting sensory tests, performing quality checks on raw materials, and overseeing the quality control of finished products. You will work closely with production, procurement, warehouse and R&D teams to ensure that all materials and products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing corrective actions to maintain product consistency and quality.
