1. Defect part analysis
   a. Able to learn Consumer Electronics (CE) product working principle mainly LCD TV, refrigerator, washer.
   b. Understand the part by referring to part guide.
  c. Identify the defect part and actual defect symptom by carry out checking and testing (duplicate same symptom)
2. Compile defect report for product quality control
   a. Compile report for analysis
i) Job number 
ii) Model name 
iii) Serial number
iv) Purchase date & reported date
v) Defect symptom
3. New Model Evaluation
   Testing new product feature and function which is similar to customer's usage experience to find out the defect.
   Able to understand the testing criteria on new model
