Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs.
Reach out to prospects (clients, project managers, developers, etc.)
- Database provided.
Obtain further contact or connectivity information for the sales team for further processing.
Collect and maintain accurate customer information for future follow-ups.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Convince prospects and close deals over the phone.
Collaborate within teams/departments to achieve optimum results.
Handle all customer inquiries and ensure feedback from customers maintains satisfaction at all times.
Present, identify, and secure new/existing business opportunities by maintaining good rapport with all clients.
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients by following up consistently, actively responding to their inquiries, and assisting in resolving problems on their behalf.
Understand clients/customers' needs and develop their interest to turn it into a selling point.
Take responsibility for the entire sales process including negotiation, prospecting, presentation, etc.
Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly reports on call performance and outcomes.
Analyze call feedback and suggest areas of improvement.
Work with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
Provide insights based on customer feedback for product/service improvement.
Liaise with the warehouse department on customer inquiries for stock availability, transportation, etc.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare quotations and upkeep of the price list.
Handle all quotations and consistent upkeep of the price list.
Prepare sales orders (SO), proforma invoices, and tax invoices.
Issue tax invoices for all sales transactions.
File any documentation related to sales orders.
Monitor and ensure on-time collection of due/overdue payments from clients/customers.
Perform other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
A Diploma/Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle rejections.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic data entry skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
