Inventory & Admin Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channelsCommunicate and work closely with sales team and production team on customer demandManages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levelEntertain walk in customers Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortagesMonitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or its equivalentRequired Languages(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa MalaysiaAt least 3 years of working experiences in Inventory role in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantageAble to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work with minimum supervisionGood analytical and numerical skills and able to communicate with all levels
