**Responsibility**:- Inventory analysts manage inventory items and control the day-to-day inventory operations while implementing an agreed-upon inventory control protocol.- Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analysing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not.- Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to purchasing trends.- Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.- Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.- Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.- Identify root causes and disconnects to help management develop resolutions to inventory inaccuracies, work order release issues, material flow issues and manufacturing positions with regard to the master production schedule.- Prepare documentation create in MRP system Invoice & Delivery Order.- Daily billing of shipment to customer- Ensure shipping document are tally with physical goods when shipping to customer.- Arrange and negotiate transport to KL and Singapore if in house transport not available.- Track transport and permit expiration date and renewal on time- Send lorry for regular inspection and maintenance.- Control the driver and work with planner on delivery plan both for customer and suppliers.- Provide management report when necessary.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM or above- Minimum 1 years working exp. in equivalent field or related industry.- Possess good interpersonal skill is essential- Result oriented and computer literate.- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.- Skill to work independently.- Responsible, motivated, multi-tasking and fast learner.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
