In this role, you will: * This role owns the inventory work process to create baseline inventory forecast, plan vs actual inventory RCA tracking and action planning, and work with planning teams to create and track inventory initiatives delivery (Inventory value- US$ 63 MM, DIO-90 Days) * Develop rolling inventory projections for all SEA markets (4 markets and 3 mills) for all categories-Finished goods, RMPM, SFG and spares.
* Create and own Inventory QF projections, alignment and submission for all SEA markets.
* Identify inventory improvement opportunities and drive projects with cross functional team to deliver inventory improvements for finished goods ($32MM)– DBNR/MOQ reduction/FA improvement./LT reductions initiatives etc * Work with procurement and strategic RM planner to drive improvement initiatives for RM Inventory ($17MM) * Plan vs actual inventory delivery – Root cause analysis for actual vs plan deviation for both value and DIO, track initiative progress vs plan * Own SIM (Statistical inventory modelling) process for the SEA markets- Work with category supply planners and CSLs to ensure safety settings inline with SIM for Finished Goods across network ( 9 DC, 650 skus) * Own SIM process for RM/PM – Work with RM PM planner to drive safety improvements (1900 Sku) * Work with mill teams to track and drive spares inventory reduction ($9 MM) * Track and create action plans with country demand planners for Excess inventory reduction/OBSM reduction.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * Experience of 4-6 years in supply planning, inventory planning , ppds / material planning * Strong understanding of Inventory drivers * Hands on experience with SAP –APO SNP, BW/BI, advance excel * Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, ability to work with interrelated data and create hypothesis, thoroughness and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data.
