Summary /ObjectiveThe Inventory Associate's role will be responsible for receiving, movement of material to / from WIP Cage, issue material to Production, issue finish product to customer orderEssential Functions/ Responsibilities.ReceivingReview incoming document to ensure the shipment is belong to SamtecIdentify any suspicious, damage packageEnsure total receive quantity is match with incoming documentCreate Parcel Id, Receive Parcel Vendor, move package to IQC / accepted cart / Production / Non BOM transition area / outside contractor rackMovement of material to WIP CagePulling material from Central Inventory to WIP CageRestock transferred material to IH WIP CagePacking transferred material for other WIP Cage and move to OC collection areaIssue material to ProductionPulling material from WIP CageIssue material to orderRestock balance material to WIP CageMove the issued material to Production areaIssue finish good to customer orderPulling finish good from Central InventoryIssue finish good to customer orderRestock balance finish good to Central InventoryMove the issued finish good to QA Parcel Accounting, Empty Wooden Reel Cleaning & Packing, documents filing and housekeepingAny tasks / projects as and when assigned by SuperiorAdheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions"The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position.
