Summary:
This role requires good understanding of inventory management and allocating resources, coordinating supply chain operations, documenting inventory counts and discrepancies, analyzing inventory data to enhance efficiency, and influencing the supply chain to placing inventory orders to ensure appropriate stock levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure inventory control within the MFG Operations
Monitor inventory health and analyze excursions (Work order reconciliation/closing, negative inventories, aging inventory, aging work orders, etc)
Collaborates with Operations, Finance, and IT to identify excursions root cause(s), implement correction(s)
Identifies opportunities for inventory accuracy improvements
Drive execution of improvements in inventory systems locally and across sites
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Collaborate with supporting groups to meet shared goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with databases and spreadsheets
Good computer skills
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills
