Inventory Controller

Qualifications & experience Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain roles can be highly beneficial.Experience with software tools like ERP systems or specific inventory management applications. Tasks & responsibilities Oversee the inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at appropriate levels to meet demand without excessive overstock.Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.Determine when to reorder supplies and place orders with suppliers to ensure inventory levels are maintained.Manage the receipt of stock and inspect goods for quality and accuracy upon delivery.Prepare and analyze reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.Implement and monitor stock rotation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO) to minimize waste and ensure that products are sold in a timely manner.Utilize inventory management software and systems to track stock levels and movements efficiently.
