What we need:
Mohawk is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to research, manage, and resolve complex inventory variances, inquiries, problems, and non-routine matters related to department activity.
What you'll do:
Interface with customers/vendors and auditors to establish and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally to ensure effective and efficient coordination of services and to promote company goals.
Audit companywide inventory activities, functions, records, and accounts to detect deviations from established policies, procedures, or any fraudulent or wasteful activity.
Process and maintain month-end reports and other department activity reports.
Perform administrative tasks to maintain inventory information and complete required daily activity reporting: performing and verifying data entry, audit reports, inventory database maintenance, file maintenance, etc.
Identify and resolve daily inventory and cycle problems.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Connecting with employees, stakeholders, and community partners at all levels, and building strong relationships.
Applying principles of scientific thinking to intellectual and practical problems.
Providing strong attention to detail and accuracy to daily tasks, as well as special projects.
Performing duties with minimum supervision following documented procedures and processing standards.
Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral, and interpersonal form.
Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules.
