Inventory Executive

- Perform data entry for purchase order creation, purchase order receiving, and customer order creation, good receive entry and etc. 


-Inventory receiving data verification and confirmation


-Inventory system data verification and confirmation. 


-To assist reporting team verify and provide cost variance analysis.


-Month End Closing supports. 


-Financial Year End Closing matters


-Audit and others authorities supporting requirements


-Perform other related duties as required by superior and company.

; Requirements:-


- 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


-Ambitious fresh graduated candidate are encouraged to apply 


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in any disciplines.


-Computer skills eg. Interim level of Microsoft Words or Microsoft Excel and etc


-Good Interpersonal competencies, attention to details and hands on person.


-Able to work independently and in the team with minimum supervision


-Immediate availability is highly preferred.


-Good command of spoken English and written English 


-Required to occasionally provide support in US time zone
