This position requires a strong focus on inventory management, operational efficiency, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal utilization of resources.Inventory Management:- _Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory items in compliance with standard operating procedures._- _Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies._- _Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels._Operations Management:- _Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfilment rates, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity._- _Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs._- _Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment._Logistics Coordination:- _Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, distribution, and freight management._- _Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and minimize transit times._- _Track shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in collaboration with the logistics team._- _Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to facilitate efficient order picking and packing operations._Team Leadership:- _Supervise a team of inventory clerks, warehouse associates, and logistics coordinators._- _Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team._Cross-Functional Collaboration:- _Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address inventory and logistics-related issues and optimize processes._- _Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication._- _Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field._- _Proven prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage._- _Understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation logistics._- _Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving._- _Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally._- _A team player with high spirits in leading a team to drive every task a success._**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Location**:- Ulu Tiram (preferred)
