Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced professional to be their investment advisor for their wealth and advisory team.Job Responsibilities:
Drive the growth and marketing efforts for Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management's direct bonds business.
Collaborate with the Investment and Sales teams to increase deposits and develop marketing strategies to fuel business expansion.
Foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Uphold the highest standards in sales practices and investment advisory services, adhering to the company's processes.
Identify new market opportunities and implement sales initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.
Expand the client portfolio through new customer acquisition and by strengthening relationships via cross-selling suitable products.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding employee conduct, sales practices, products, and marketing activities.Requirements:
A recognized degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
At least 4-5 years of experience working with capital market products and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
Self-sufficient, dependable, and detail-oriented in work.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours during critical negotiations or transactions.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
