Our client "?GLOBAL KIARA SDN BHD" is seeking a Investment Analyst to join their company! What you'll be doing? Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and recommend an investment decision. Develop an investment policy aligned to the company strategy and an investment criteria for evaluating prospective projects Creating financial models that enhance return on investment of projects and financial planning. Prepare business and financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments- information memoranda and prospectus.Analyzing company investments and financial projections and advice the company on how to best position its investments. Provide updates on financial markets activities in order to right position the company in the local and the global market. Liaising with fund managers, company managers, stock market traders, stockbrokers and regulators with a view to expanding funding access while improving market perception. Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance management of funds. Conduct full set accounts (or liaise with accountant) to ensure certain investment companies have financial and accounting filing completed accordingly. Maintain up to date information on the latest economic trend in the country, latest and any updates in the financial markets. Ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met. Any other duties as may be assigned by your Head of Department (HOD)
  Who are they looking for? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, accounting and actuarial sciences , or a related field or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.At least 1-3 years of experience in the field of Finance and Management. Experience in investment bank, private equity and venture capital would be an added advantage. Should possess business planning skills including creating business proposals, financial modelling and budgeting. Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass targets. Must demonstrate skills in communication, negotiation and presentation. Able to works independently Possesses high ethics and values with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
