Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, including institutional and high-net-worth clients, through proactive communication and engagement. Provide personalized solutions tailored to investors' unique needs, including investment strategies and wealth preservation. Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and events, and assist in preparing investor presentations and materials. Respond promptly to investor inquiries and information requests, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism. Provide regular updates and reports to investors on fund performance, investment activity, and market developments. Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to offer informed guidance and advice. Assist in developing and executing investor communication strategies, including newsletters, website content, and social media outreach. Participate in fundraising activities, including pitch meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences, to support the firm's investor base growth. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive investor information and communications. Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Monitor and track the performance of existing investments by analyzing financial performance metrics, market trends, and industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to support the investment decision-making process. Coordinate fund administration activities with third-party service providers, such as fund administrators, custodians, and legal counsel. Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemption's, and capital calls. Maintain fund documentation, including legal agreements, information memorandums, limited partnership agreements, and subscription agreements. Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements, performance reports, and investor communications to fund stakeholders. Profile
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience as a investor relations or a relationship manager in wealth management is a strong plus. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Offer
