Investor Relations & Public Relations Director

Development of overall IR and PR strategies.- Establish and maintain relationships with retail and institutional investors,analysts, and other key stakeholders.- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and reporting obligations.- Manage the company's public relations efforts, including media relations,press releases, and crisis communication strategies.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists,and industry influencers.- Provide insights to the board and executive team on market perceiptions onfinancial performance, policies and strategic decisions.- Oversee the creation and distribution of corporate communications materials,including annual reports, corporate presentations, and investorcommunications.- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, financedepartment, legal counsel, and marketing team, to align messaging andensure consistent communication across all channels.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies in investor relations and public relations.- Review and suggest recommendations for improvement.- Any ad hoc assignment as requested.**Requirements**:Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
