Invoicing Clerk Sales Coordinator - Skudai Branch

Coordinates Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communication relevant information.- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested- Store and soft financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements- Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.- Preparing invoicing and customer service- Taking record of customer complaints, coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed- Knowledge on Auto count is added advantages- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
