Role Overview:
As an IoT Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing integrated software solutions that incorporate various hardware components to address complex challenges and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design scalable and secure architectures, and implement innovative IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
-Execute site survey and requirement study to evaluate the future implementation of smart devices and sensors in the solution.
-Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API documentation and user guides.
-Hands-on system deployment, execute installation, commissioning and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
-Conduct testing to validate the functionality and performance of the IoT applications, perform system data analysia and troubleshooting.
-Collaborate with project engineers in executing user training and system go-live preparation.
-In-charge in aftersales support include system support, preventive maintenance support and return merchandise authorization (RMA) support.
-Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external entities.
-Collaborate with business development unit in demostration preparation and proof-of-concept execution.
-Assist in providing technical suggestion or idea for IoT solution proposals.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical/ Robotic and Mechatronics/ IT or related field.
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
-Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, or other industry-specific software.
-Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with the latest IoT trends and advancements.
-Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, networking and architectures and good conceptual understanding of technical solutions.
-Perceive a strong interest and capability in data analysis, problem-solving and system troubleshooting.
-Has decent understanding of software programming and database knowledge.
-Well-equipped with strong logical thinking, critical thinking and able to react fast in different situation.
-Fast in picking up new domain knowledge and correlate with customer requirements into the technical solution spontaneously.
-Posseses good interpersonal communication and coordination skill.
-Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new ideas, methodologies or solution workflow.
-Strong in written and verbal communication skills, including technical consultation and convincing skills.
-Good in organizing and structuring scattered information and compiling them into a comprehensive technical documentation.
-Basic understanding of hardware technical (electronics, electrical and mechanical) and software development (does not require hands-on operation)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and customers.
