Qualification :-
Minimum 6 years experience in Housing DevelopmentDiploma in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or related course (Inspector of
Work C&S)
Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and civil worksProactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface
with all levels of the organization
Good technical (Architectural and Civil)Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good
construction practice and quality
Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issuesSelf discipline & mature with good interpersonal skillGood knowledge of AUTO-CAD and writing skillDuration project 1 year (12 months) *subject to Extension of Time
