Your tasks:Preparation of patent or utility model applications at national and international level and support from filing to grant Preparation of freedom-to-operate analyses and assessment of risks Participation in patent litigation proceedings and in the defense against infringement risks Supporting and advising the Research & Development department on issues relating to industrial property rights and patent strategyCoordinating with external patent attorneys on inventions, oppositions, examination reports, etc.
