Ipqc Leader (Alor Gajah, Melaka)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring all the parts are in compliance with established Quality system. Supervise and lead inspectors and manage daily produced quality and In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Generate QA/ QC procedures, ensure all documents up keep for audit and in process material Liaise with HOD,Supervisor, Process Engineer and technicain to participate in process quality problem investigation, analysis and problem solving. To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess at least SPM level or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 03 years working experience in related field & Experience in leading QC team Required language(s): Malay & English. Proficient in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage Proficient in using gauges such as calipers, micrometers,videoscope and other basic measuring instruments Good understanding and working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plan etc is an advantage. Detail and result orientated and proactive problem solver, poses sense of urgency and commitment to achieve targeted goals.
