Ipqc Leader

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensuring all the parts are in compliance with established Quality system.- Supervise and lead inspectors and manage daily produced quality and In Process Quality Control (IPQC)- Generate QA/ QC procedures, ensure all documents up keep for audit and in process material- Liaise with HOD,Supervisor, Process Engineer and technicain to participate in process quality problem investigation, analysis and problem solving.- To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments**REQUIREMENT**:- Minimum 03 years working experience in related field & Experience in leading QC team- Required language(s): Malay & English.- Proficient in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage- Proficient in using gauges such as calipers, micrometers,videoscope and other basic measuring instruments- Good understanding and working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plan etc is an advantage.- Detail and result orientated and proactive problem solver, poses sense of urgency and commitment to achieve targeted goals.- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and understanding and able to use excel- Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Gajah**ADDRESS**:Lot 154, Jalan Industri 8, Alor Gajah Industrial Estate, 78000 Alor Gajah, Melaka, Malaysia.**WORKING HOURS**:Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)Alternate Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
