Iqa Technician Ii

1. Performs a variety of quality inspections on raw materials to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.2. Assists supervisor in prioritizing the flow of work by coordinating the activities and daily work of lower-level quality maintenance and quality technicians based on IQA schedules.3. Completes the FAI under IQA capability and reports the results to the IQA supervisor.4. Assures that all tools, equipment, and visual aids necessary for efficient and accurate completion of pertinent tasks are in proper working order and of the latest revision.5. Drives inspection out of the process and thereby increases the percentage of dock to stock materials.6. Processes Material Review Board (MRB) disposition (usage decision) for QN lots.7. Ensures that all urgent parts are inspected promptly and released to the stockroom to avoid any line down situation.8. Proficiency in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email skills is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
