**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for liaising with and handling IR-related matters with regulatory authorities- Investigate workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace concerns and conflicts- Visit client offices to provide briefings on company policies and regulations, conduct disciplinary investigations, and assist in problem-solving related to industrial disharmony- Assist in conducting and participate in domestic inquiries- Draft documents, including letters, minutes, and reports- Execute any ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by the Head of Department- Stay updated on any changes to employment laws and regulations**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Degree in Human Resources- 2 - 3 years (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)- Communication skills & Report Writing (both Bahasa & English)- Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills- Sound knowledge and understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
