Responsible for the supervision and control of the Company Store (Spare parts)
To key in all receiving spare parts and to create/update new parts for company store (parts) into QNE software
Monthly stock reports for Storekeeper to conduct monthly stock takes
Responsible for signatories on parts store documentations such as JOD, PR etc.
ISO:
Represent company as a Management Representative (MR)
Review, check and revising all the function of the QMS (quality manual, quality system procedures and other documentations)
Plan and organize the internal audit activities such conduct internal audits, prepare audit report and etc
Responsible for company's quality manual and process
To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 requirements consistently and measurable in the company
Liaise with external auditor
