It Application Support

Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)
Provide support and resolve application functionality related issues and troubleshooting on internal application and back-office system.
Communicate with business users to facilitate application improvement processes, such as requirement gathering, design, develop, SIT and UAT.
Facilitates the planning, conduct training and system testing process with business users.
Produce and maintain documentation related to internal applications, such as User Requirement Document, Test Plan and User Manuals.
Troubleshoot IT related issues when required.
What you need to have:
Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related Information Technology field.
Knowledge of analysis, design, implementation of system applications and its related infrastructure.
Experience in integration with 3rd party services is a definite advantage.
At least 1 year experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an added advantage.
Strong comprehensive, analytical with initiative and innovative qualities.
