IT Application Support - Senior Executive/ExecutiveResponsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow up with vendor.
Conduct business walkthrough with Business Units to develop business initiatives or requirement, seek clarification, identify initiative correlation, and provide initial process and system impact analysis and resource needs.
Act as in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business department whenever required.
Identify and capture opportunities for process digitization and recommend best practices to improve operation efficiency.
Involve in implementation of IT initiative with internal and external vendors to ensure deliverable is within project timeline and allocated budget.
Assist in the development of procedural and training manual and provide system training to users.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3/1 years relevant working experience.
Possess knowledge of business processes on Property Development/Property Investment industry is an added advantage.
A range of experience in hardware, operating systems, software and application development.
Possess good analytical, structuring and problem solving skills - especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolutions and recommendation.
Ability to learn rapidly and understand new high technology product and services.
Possess excellent analytical, structuring and problem solving skills – especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolution alternatives, rationale and recommendation.
Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and in-depth knowledge of project planning and delivery methodologies.
