; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities



-Understanding Business Needs: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and gather requirements from stakeholders.


-Communication and Collaboration: Act as facilitators, ensuring clear communication between business and IT teams.


-Documenting Requirements: Create detailed documentation outlining the needs and functionalities of a project.


-Solution Design and Analysis: Work with developers to design solutions, analyze their feasibility, and ensure they meet business objectives.


-Project Coordination: Play a vital role in project coordination. This may involve:



-Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.


-Managing project scope and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.


-Facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.


-Coordinating resources and dependencies across different teams.



-Testing and Implementation: May be involved in user testing and implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition.


Professional Skill Requirements
Hard Skills



-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.


-1 – 5 years' experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.


-Experience at least 1 full project implementation experience.


-Full SDLC cycle experience in sizable software systems development.


-Business Acumen: Understanding of core business principles, financial concepts, and industry trends.


-Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Ability to identify, document, and analyze business needs and stakeholder requirements.


-Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights from data.


-Systems Analysis: Understanding of different IT systems and their capabilities.


-Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices for planning, execution, and monitoring projects.


-Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools like database management systems, workflow modeling tools, and business intelligence platforms.


Soft Skills



-Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and explain business needs to IT teams.


-Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and foster teamwork.


-Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, develop solutions, and make recommendations.


-Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information objectively, identify potential risks and challenges, and make sound decisions.


-Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple projects effectively.


-Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies, adjust to changing project requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.'


-Self-disciplined and adaptable to remote work.


Additional Desirable Skills:



-Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and best practices for implementing new solutions and processes.


-User Experience (UX) Design: Familiarity with UX design principles to ensure solutions are user-friendly and meet user needs.


-Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management in a fast-paced, iterative environment.


-Cloud Solutions knowledge is advantageous.


-ERP or CRM domain knowledge is a plus.


-Microsoft 365 or SharePoint knowledge is a plus.


-Cantonese speaking is a plus due to Hong Kong customer.
