As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, preparing the scope of work, and translating business needs into functional specifications for technical development.
You will also perform system testing to ensure compliance with documented requirements, provide end-user training, and serve as a secondary backup for the IT Service Desk in resolving reported incidents, when necessary.
Areas of Responsibility:SLA – Incident / Service - Request: Provide application support, training, setup, and maintenance for Office Applications, Travel Applications, Application Servers, and other related systems to ensure business continuity within the Travel Group.
SLA – Project Timeline: Contribute to projects and ensure deliverables meet timelines and expectations.
IT To-do list and KPI: Complete assigned tasks, duties, and documentation required for the KPI.
CSI: Provide secondary support to users on application issues, log cases and reports when necessary.
SLA – Service Request /Project: Learn, create, maintain, and support cases for the Power Platform.
SLA – Service Request /Project: Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualification and Education:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related IT field.
Professional certification will be an added advantage.
Power Platform knowledge will be an added advantage.
Travel line knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience:A minimum of 3 years of working experience with a combination of hands-on implementation support, and business process analysis.
Ability to work under time pressure, and manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.
Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
Experience with Navision, Car Rental System, GDS, Sabre Red, & TourPlan is an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge / Skills:Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Comfortable with process / functional documentation.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
People Knowledge / Skills:Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
