WE ARE HIRING!Job Details: Position : IT Business AnalystCompany Background : Investment HouseWorking Location : Kuala Lumpur CityWorking Duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY MalaysiaJob Roles: Business Analysts (BAs) are responsible to perform business analysis tasks which enabling change in the company by defining needs, recommending solutions and delivering values to stakeholders. BAs also perform elicitation on the actual needs of stakeholders, analyze the design and solution, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration. Often, BAs bridge the gap between the business users and the technology solution providers e.g. vendors, infrastructure team, and development team.Job Requirement:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance and Investment or equivalent- Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position- Good industry knowledge in Unit Trust, Fund Management and Investment domain.- Familiar with software development methodology and knowledge of business solution process- Strong stakeholder management ability in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders- Analytical mindset and conceptual thinking skills- Microsoft Excel (VBA) and Words - intermediate skills- Experience in financial modelling- Excellent written and communication skills- Extensive process modelling experience- Excellent problem-solving skillsJob Responsibilities:- Engage with business units and stakeholders to define scope of effort, work deliverables, data requirements and project plans.- Function as the bridge between the user community and the developer team members who create reports.- Understand the significance of the data, assures accuracy and timeliness of the substance reported.- Assist business users, project managers and technical team in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management- Please also provide your expected salary and notice period
