Job DescriptionResponsible for IT service delivery excellence within the target business plan defined for Malaysia plants.
Lead and ensure Bosch Digital (BD) team is delivering high value IT operation and support services to customers.
As part of the regional IT business partnering team, engage with the local field service team and internal customers through regular engagement activities or consultancy to drive awareness and adoption of IT products and services.
Contribute to BD virtual team initiatives through active participation or support for relevant virtual team activities.
Build a strong business relationship between BD and its customers on BD products and services.
Collect feedback/escalation from business location stakeholders and propose IT solution recommendations after evaluation.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or IT Networking or equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience as IT Support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Thorough knowledge to perform IT Helpdesk tasks.
Able to grow, develop, and manage a strong operation team.
Possess Network Troubleshooting & Technical Competency.
Good English and Malay writing and oral communication skills.
