Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) HOD
Position Objective:
Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the ERP system in the company. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the company's business needsLeading process improvement initiatives to optimize the ERP system's efficiency and effectiveness Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects by ensuring the project delivery smoothly by coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Roles and responsibilities:
Consulting with business units to verify ERP needs.Performing diagnostic test and resolving ERP related issues.Integrating and installing ERP related software or applicationsProviding support and training from ERP end-usersDesigning user-friendly interfaces and functionalitiesPreparing technical and training manuals  Qualification and Skills:
Possess at least a degree in IT, Software Development, computer science or equivalent.Has hands-on experience (3-5 years )handling ERP, project management, or business administration Has in-depth knowledge of relevant programming languagesTechnical skills:knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaSproject managementbudgeting and forecastingdatabase knowledge and troubleshooting skillsSoft skills including:Good communication skills (with vendor and end-users)problem solving skills analytical thinkingcollaboration/teamworkorganizational skillsleadership skillsmentoring skillsbusiness insight
