Understand market data and propose the best approach for processing/onboarding data to Reckitt's global solutions/platforms.
Assist markets in establishing a complete Power BI workspace and reporting solutions, followed by continuous support for the longevity of reports delivered.
Set up best practices in Power BI across the ASEAN region to ensure consistent and disciplined solutions.
Effectively coordinate with the business to understand their requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring the delivery of measurable business value.
Follow up on Power BI developments based on market requests.
Provide guidelines to the market on maintaining their local master data and analytics setup.
Deep dive into the data to provide easy-to-read analytics and decision-making reports.
Work alongside the global platform team to ensure clean data is loaded for consumption.
Provide the Leadership Team with clear visibility into regional data analytics through effective data consolidation and comprehensive KPI summaries.
The experience we're looking forAt least 2-3 years of experience working with Power BI, complex Datasets, and DAX capabilities within the FMCG industry.
Data management skills that incorporate best practices in data modelling.
Stakeholder management skills for handling demands and deliverables.
Strong coordination and leadership skills to manage a team of Power BI developers and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
