Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in software development, support, IT project management, or business analysis.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
Innovative, creative, and insightful mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Experience in product/platform development & management, business process improvement, and project management is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Special Skills:
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, IIS, Windows Server.
Basic knowledge/understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewall, etc.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project management is a plus.
Knowledge and practical experience in computer programming (.Net, C#, MVC, API) and scripting language preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, encompassing scope definition, risk identification/mitigation, timescales, resource control, and understanding the impact on process, people, and technology.
Provide comprehensive software/application support including issue resolution, service requests, and quality control.
Bridge the gap between stakeholders and vendors in functional solution design, ensuring clarity and guidance.
Develop and execute test plans to verify IT application functionality.
Analyse and prioritize projects, change requests, updating functional specifications accordingly.
Ensure compliance with policies, business rules, and bank-wide standards (compliance, security, data governance).
Participate in low-code development, functional design, prototyping, testing, and implementation activities.
Manage and support business continuity/disaster recovery (BCP/DRP) activities, including penetration test review and risk mitigation.
