It Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance of office software, computer hardware, printers, Wi-Fi APs, and network management.Responsible for the basic maintenance and management of the company's monitoring and access control systems.Responsible for executing headquarters requirements, including enhancing information security and infrastructure changes related to systems, networks, and applications.Responsible for the evaluation, acceptance, and subsequent maintenance of IT equipment procurement.Responsible for the operation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure, including network switches and servers, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.Execute tasks and projects assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management or Information Engineering.Over 2 years of relevant work experience.Experience in desktop support; experience in server and network maintenance is a plus.Familiarity with Windows/Linux server usage.Familiarity with Ubuntu and CentOS.Understanding of the basic maintenance and usage of Dell servers, Aruba switches, NAS, etc.Knowledge of the principles and mechanisms of AD/LDAP/DNS/DHCP.Understanding of the basic maintenance and usage of Palo firewalls.Maintain good communication and coordination with internal and external teams, facilitating cross-departmental technical support and issue resolution.
