PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Attend to Service Requests, provide technical support to internal business users in a professional and friendly manner, either remotely or in person.- Maintain a good communication with end users. Keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, progress of service requests etc.- Assist with the diagnosis of problems, determining and implementing appropriate solutions; guiding and/or communicating resolutions to end users.- Desktop/laptop configuration and deployments, ID creation, deletion as part of user on-boarding and off-boarding process.- Keep track of IT end-user asset tracker, licenses allocations accurately.- Effective engagement with internal procurement team and external vendors to plan asset procurement/decommission and technical supports.- Support IT weekly and adhoc deployments which may fall during non-standard office hours.- Help ensure IT documentations, SOPs are maintained and up to date.- Assist in ensuring compliance with endpoint security tools and organization policies and procedures.- To participate in IT projects, activities or events that would be assigned by the supervisor.REQUIREMENTS- A Bachelor's degree in computer sciences and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.- While in-depth knowledge isn't always required, should possess a strong foundation in various IT areas like desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and common software.- Competency in Active Directory users and groups, Group Policy, File Server administration.- Hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting computer hardware, peripherals, Windows 10/11 Operating systems and general software.- An exposure to IBM AS400 administration would be advantageous.- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional user support.- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.- Adept at researching solutions and leveraging knowledge bases to resolve issues efficiently.**Salary**: RM3,864.17 - RM4,597.41 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- diagnosis of problems, resolutions to end users.: 2 years (required)- configuration and deployments, ID creation, deletion: 2 years (required)
