- To act as the first point of contact with end-users for troubleshooting and technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
-To create, maintain and terminate user account access, including email and internet.
-To execute IT related housekeeping and conduct routine back-up operations as planned.
-To maintain and monitor the tracking list and inventory list, consisting hardware and software licenses, computers and laptops.
-To drive projects related to IT infrastructure implementation and enhancement, including but not limited to database, active directory, anti-virus, file sharing, printing and network services, emails, webservices, software upgrade and updates.
-To assist negotiate with suppliers and vendors on pricing to get the best deal, including external support, and being responsible for contracting vendors and making service agreements
-To maintain and ensure all IT related documentations for Standard Operating Procedures and Processes (SOPP), system manuals, modifications and license agreements are updated accurately in a timely manner.
-To develop SOPPs allied to best practices, and conduct trainings and briefings to end-users the SOPPs.
-To review established disaster recovery plans, develop and implement necessary remedial and preventive protocols to address any deficiencies.
-To carry out any other duties and tasks as directed from time to time.

- Degree or Diploma in Computing / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Computer System / Computer or equivalent experience.
-With at least 2-year experience in a similar role.
-Possess excellent communication skills.
-Ability to build positive working relationships with parties of different level.
-Responsible, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
-Experience in O365 and Azure will be preferred.
-Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
-Fresh graduates or with less than 1 year work experience are encouraged to apply.
