Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

Provide IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users.
Troubleshoot, support, and repair IT equipment and network malfunctions.
Document tasks, training sessions, and support activities.
Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
Collaborate with a team of installation, network, security, and support specialists.
Stay updated on emerging technologies through industry news and resources.
Travel to other states within West Malaysia, as required.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of computers, networks, software, and hardware.
Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet goals.
Having own transport and able to travel outstation, as required.
