It Executive (Network Administration)

ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain detailed records of all company's IT related information including hardware, software, licenses, and users' PCs.
Manage and support Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses, as well as configure and maintain Office 365 groups and distribution lists.
Process purchase requisitions and invoices, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Prepare operation reports periodically.
Maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidelines documentation.
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation, and follow-up with vendors.
Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree certificate in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in an IT support role.
Good documentation and data compilation skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, and Internet research tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
