It Helpdesk/Application Support (Hrms) - Hybrid (Penang/Johor Bahru)

Industry: HRMS Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang Work mode: Hybrid (2 days WFH) Responsibilities Respond to technical support requests via telephone, chat, or email, troubleshooting and investigating issues in a professional and pleasant manner.Provide high-quality service to customers, adhering to strict SLAs for response and resolution times.Follow up closely with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.Compile documentation related to support calls, resolutions, and follow-ups with users to ensure satisfactory solutions.Conduct application training for internal and external users and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements An associate degree in a related field may be required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.Strong customer service skills.Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others.Able to work with minimal supervision.Flexible, with availability for occasional evening and weekend work.Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
