It Helpdesk Executive

Details of the offer

· Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards.
· Serve as the first contact to interact with customers by phone or email to resolve their problems related issues.
· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service. Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT service requests and incidents.
. Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT system and application operations, serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers, address operational issues and concern in a timely manner, maintain data hygiene and responsible for submitting various reports.
